In my opinion, it's a mistake. Lidl wanted the green jersey, Pedersen tried for many years and didn't get it, Milan did, so why this "punishment"?. Pedersen's profile has changed; he's still a fantastic rider, but he's no longer a sprinter capable of competing with the best (Merlier, Philipsen, Brennan, etc.). At best, he'll win a stage or two (probably in a breakaway). I don't understand Lidl's decision.13-12-2025 15:56

He's a talent, but also he's a "kid". No pressure, please.13-12-2025 15:49

In my opinion, the second strongest team is LIDL.12-12-2025 18:46

Well said, Healy. It was a disgrace that the mechanic's job was put at risk by the tantrum of frustration of the spoiled-little boy.29-11-2025 15:58

Vuelta de Espana: easy ✅. Milano-SanRemo (the most difficult for him) and Paris-Roubaix, maybe he has to wait the declination or a day NO of Mathieu VdP (maybe).20-11-2025 18:22

yeah, because 4-5 hours of boring races with last 15 minutes (at best) of actions is better. ENVY, JELOUSY.18-11-2025 01:11

It depends. Tadej was more precocious than Jonas, maybe his declination also could be more precocious. Jonas was always slower in his maturation; he only started winning important races after he was 24-25. One can mature/decline a little earlier or a little later, regardless of crono-age.11-11-2025 09:04

Yes, you can do it again, but special conditions must be met, as happened the two times you won. -In 2022, a so young, so impulsive Tadej with a weak team (these conditions no more) -In 2023 a Tadej with improvised and inefficient prior preparation because injury/surgery: he was able to ride a normal bicycle two weeks before the start of the Tour and was unable to learn the TT. TT where you destroyed him in time and psychologically. Maybe next year Tadej starts his natural decline but I doubt it, he still has junior legs, more likely to improve than to decline. We will see. You fight fiercely, don't give up! and welcome to the Giro! (if it's in Piemonte -my home- better).10-11-2025 17:29
